Fees and Payment:
The fee is dependent on the service provided, the type of home, and the square footage of the home. See the table below for my costs for the more common inspection types. The table is not complete with every type of inspection I can perform. Contact me if you can’t find your inspection type below.

Payments is due on the day of the inspection and before the home inspection is performed. If the inspection is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the inspection fee will apply. Contact me if you need to negotiate costs or payment terms.
Only Cash or e-Transfers are accepted.
What does your fees cover: my profession dues, insurance, equipment, and a modest return. Each inspection takes about 15 hours to complete from the inspection start to the write up being submitted.

Your satisfaction with the inspection is important for me and I try to give you a report that satisfies your needs. If you are not satisfied with the inspection and your report please feel free to contact me to discuss the concerns. The options available range from a resubmission to a refund.
